R&J emp are two musicians Roman Dudnik and Vyacheslav Safarov from Saint-Petersburg, Russia. They began in 2006 and exclusively use software for the minimal sound. In 2007 they began DJing and putting on parties "We love mnml" at the "BubbleBar". This has contributed to their sound and their ethos of "One idea, one stimulus from many styles". This is quality techno with a minimal sentiment.
